  2. Secure Funds: During this inspection period, we will secure the funds for your purchase. This means that you can take your time to make sure the vehicle is the right fit for you without any pressure.

  3. Confirmation to Keep: If you decide to keep the vehicle after the inspection period, simply confirm your decision with us. Once we receive your confirmation, we will release the funds to the consignor, finalizing the purchase.

  4. Return Option: If, for any reason, you decide that the vehicle is not right for you during the 8 days, you can return it without any hassle. We want you to be completely satisfied with your choice.

  5. Start of the Period: The 8-Day Inspection Period begins on the first day you receive the vehicle, allowing you to take your time to ensure it’s the perfect match for your needs.

  • Return Policy

Here’s how our return policy works:

  1. Return Eligibility:
    Who It Applies To: This policy applies to all vehicle purchases made through www.classiccarcollect.com.
    Return Window: You have 8 calendar days from the delivery date to decide if the vehicle is right for you.
    Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no modifications, alterations, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

    Contact Us: If you decide to return the vehicle, please reach out to our customer support team within the 8-day period to request a return authorization.
    Follow-Up Instructions: Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed with the return, including shipping arrangements.
  3. Return Shipping:
    Shipping Costs: We’ll cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns, as long as you follow the return procedure outlined above.
    Safe Transportation: We’ll coordinate the return transportation using trusted carriers to ensure your vehicle is safely returned to us.
    Your Cooperation: We appreciate your help in facilitating the return by providing necessary access and information to the carrier.
  4. Processing Fee:
    Return Processing Fee: If you return the vehicle, a processing fee of $120 (USD) will apply to cover administrative costs.
    Refund Deduction: This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount once the return process is complete.
  5. Delivery Fee:
    Initial Delivery Fee: If you choose to return the vehicle, a delivery fee of $250 (USD) will be applied.
    Refund Deduction: This fee covers the initial transportation costs and will also be deducted from your total refund amount.
  6. Refund Process:
    Issuing Refunds: After successfully completing the return process and meeting all eligibility criteria, we’ll issue your refund within 14 business days from the date we receive the vehicle.
  7. Refund Amount: The refund will be the original purchase price minus the processing and delivery fees.
  8. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we agree on something different.
  9. Important Limitations:
    Applicability: This policy only applies to vehicles purchased through www.classiccarcollect.com. It does not cover vehicles sold directly by individual owners or third-party sellers.
    Condition of Vehicle: Any damages or modifications made during your possession of the vehicle will make it ineligible for return under this policy.

30-Day or 230 Miles Dealer Warranty

Our 30-day or 230 miles dealer warranty is designed to give you peace of mind after your purchase. This warranty covers certain repairs and defects, ensuring that your classic car remains in excellent condition during your initial ownership period.

What’s Covered:

  • Powertrain Components: Coverage includes the engine, transmission, and drivetrain components, protecting you against major mechanical failures.
  • Electrical Systems: We cover essential electrical components, such as the starter, alternator, and ignition system.
  • Cooling System: The warranty includes coverage for the radiator, water pump, and related components to help prevent overheating issues.
  • Fuel System: Coverage extends to the fuel pump and injectors, ensuring your vehicle runs smoothly.
    What’s Not Covered:
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear items, such as tires, brakes, and batteries, are not covered under this warranty.
  • Modifications: Any modifications made to the vehicle after purchase may void the warranty.

Negligence: Damage resulting from improper maintenance or neglect is not covered.
